We want you to love your Megababe products as much as we do, but if something isn't right, we offer returns on most items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain personal care items must be unopened and in their original packaging to qualify.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to download and print a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address.
Pack Your Items
Securely package your beauty products in their original mailer or a similar box, ensuring the printed return label is clearly visible on the outside.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand off your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
